Established in 2003 by a highly experienced automobile mechanic, Brea's Smog Test Only & Auto Registration is a STAR certified smog test only facility that also provides DMV vehicle registration on-site upon successful smog test. We test all vehicles including ones with diesel engines, often times in as little as 15 minutes!

STAR certified since 2013, we test any vehicle, including those the DMV specifically directs to a STAR station, not every shop nearby can.
Being a Test Only station means we don't perform repairs, so there's no incentive to fail a test just to sell a fix. STAR certification isn't permanent once granted either, it can be suspended for non-compliance. We've held ours without interruption since 2013.
